Bluetech’s partnership with The Rothen Group saw the completion of its design & build project for Nestle, Hayes with Barratt Homes is completed & open to new residents and community boaters.
The piling, mooring bollards and brick coper look stunning in the newly landscaped area. A far cry from the failing decrepit waterway wall at the start of the project.
Bluetech was commissioned to complete a Condition Survey of the adjacent Network Rail infrastructure and to secure the necessary permissions from the Canal & River Trust having satisfied its Code of Practice for Works Affecting the Trust.
